LUTON SMASH QPR

After a pretty good pre season, QPR ended their pre season matches by losing to Luton Town. QPR were ahead in the game after only 65 seconds with Keith Rowland scoring.

Luton then went on to score 3 to make a final score 3-1 to the Hatters.

This result comes as a suprise becuase QPR were applauded by Tottenham boss George Graham after his side drew 2-2.

ORD COULD RETIRE

It isnt much fun being injured a few minutes into your QPR career, but how about retiring? Well, injury struck Richard Ord may have to bow out becuase of a long term injury suffered in pre season last season. Ord had played just over 40 minutes when he fell in a tackle and was brought off. There were signs of improvement in April and May but he will be told soon whether he can continue or not.

GROUND GIVEN APPEAL

The appeal lodged by Loftus Road PLC against to rejection of planning permission by Brent Council over the land at Sudbury in January has been accepted.
